EXAMINATION OF STARCH NANOSTRUCTURE

Project title:
Examination of the nanostructure of starch obtained from different potato varieties (Red Lady, Bellarosa, Captiva, Arizona, Esmee, Santé) by SANS (Small angle neutron scattering) method.

General objective:
Structural analysis of the semicrystal layer during tuber growth, under various pedo-climatic conditions: soil type, relative humidity, temperature and amount of precipitation, which have influence on starch characteristics.
